Use Cynicos License Center to install and activate the latest version of Cyncos/Babelson products.

 

Important Note: This version of Cynicos License Center supports product licensing and online installation on Windows 10, Windows 11, and on macOS 10.12 up to macOS 26.

  • Cynicos License Center(CLC) does not support VPN connections or software as they can change MAC addresses (used by CLC to identify your computer) and cause licensing issues.
    We strongly advise that you remove, disable, or turn off all VPN software before launching CLC.

  • Demo / Trial products: Demo products do not require entering a license key in the app. Start the plugin in your DAW and click Trial in the plugin activation popup.

01 — Before You Start

Before You Start

Cynicos License Center (CLC) is the single app for activating your Cynicos and Babelson Audio plug-ins, downloading installers, and managing all your licenses from one place. Make sure these are in order before launching.

Cynicos Account

A valid Cynicos account email and password are required. Register at cynicos.com if you don't have one yet.

Internet Connection

An active connection is needed for license sync, activation, and to fetch download links from the server.

Installation Rights

You must have permission to install software on your machine. Admin rights may be required on managed systems.

Tip:Keep the app updated to ensure activation and download links stay fully compatible with the Cynicos server.
02 — Login and Account Sync

Login and Account Sync

Sign in with your Cynicos account to sync licenses and downloads instantly.

Steps

  1. Open Cynicos License Center.
  2. Enter your account email and password.
  3. Click Sync & Login.

Remember Session:Enable this option if you want the app to keep your login for faster access next time.
Login Failed?Verify your credentials at cynicos.com and try again. Check your internet connection if the problem persists.
03 — Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives you one-click access to every major feature — no deep navigation needed.

View Licenses

Opens your full license list with status, activations, and key management.

Downloads

Opens your software library with direct installer links for all purchased products.

Order History

View all purchase records and transaction details for your account.

Shop

Browse additional Cynicos and Babelson Audio products directly from the app.

My Licenses

All purchased and trial licenses are visible in one list. Activate or deactivate any product directly from here.

What You Can Do

  • View all synced purchased licenses.
  • See product image, license status, activations used, and purchase date.
  • Open license details and copy your key.
  • Activate or deactivate a license on this machine.

Demo / Trial Products

Demo products do not require entering a license key in the app. Start the plugin in your DAW and click Trial in the plugin activation popup.

Important:Use manual key entry only for fully purchased licenses. Demo/Trial products activate directly from within the plug-in.
05 — Downloads

Downloads

Your Software Library shows every product you own, with one-click access to the latest installer for each.

What's Shown

  • Product image and name
  • Type and version
  • File size (when available)

Click Get File to open the installer link. If a direct link is unavailable, the app falls back to your account downloads page on the website.

Missing Product?Click Refresh to resync from the server. New purchases can take a moment to propagate.

WhatsApp Support (24/7)

Support shortcuts in the app direct you to WhatsApp for the fastest path to a real person — any time of day.

  • Use this for activation issues, download errors, and account questions.
  • Always include your account email and product name when contacting support.

07 — Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Most issues have a quick fix. Check these first before reaching out to support.

Login Works but Screen Stays Blank

  • Fully quit and restart the app.
  • If needed, clear app cache from Settings/Tools and log in again.
Note:A blank screen after login usually indicates a stale cache. Clearing it resolves the issue in most cases.

Get File Does Nothing

  • Use Refresh in Downloads and retry.
  • Check your internet connection and firewall/proxy rules.

Product Not Activated

  • Verify the correct product key is matched to the correct product.
  • If the activation limit is reached, deactivate on your old machine first.
Activation Limit:Each license has a set number of concurrent machine activations. Deactivating a machine frees up a slot immediately.

Product Missing from License List

  • Click Refresh — new purchases sync from the Cynicos server automatically but may take a few minutes.
  • Confirm the purchase completed at cynicos.com/my-account/.
