If you experience technical difficulties with your software, our support team is committed to assisting you. However, a technical issue does not constitute grounds for a refund. If a license key is proven to be defective or non-functional, Babelson & Cynicos Audio will provide a replacement key at no additional cost.
If we offer physical hardware or branded merchandise: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
